Return Policy

Unopened products

All unopened products bought from Simply 3D Hawaii comes with a 30-day return policy.  Any major damage to unopened original packaging will void the 30-day return policy.

Opened 3D printer/Accessories

All opened 3D printers/accessories may be returned within 30 days.  Along with a 15% restocking fee. 3D printers/accessories need to be fully functional. 3D printers/accessories will be inspected by Simply 3D Hawaii's technician and reserves the right to deem it fully functional.      

Pre-assembled printers   

All Pre-assembled printers are calibrated/tested to work. Customers who purchased pre-assembled printers have seven days to return pre-assembled printers if not satisfied with purchase. Pre-assembled printers are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Printer will then be inspected by our technician to verify all parts are functioning. Pre-assemble fee is not refundable.

Faulty product 

If customer receives a faulty product, please contact Simply 3D Hawaii within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a full refund.  The faulty product will be deemed faulty by Simply 3D Hawaii.
